Astra AH GID Screen Fault

Hi guys.

I've got a 2005 Astra AH CDXi with a z18xe. Trouble I have is the GID screen has artifacts on the right hand side. They are there while its not on so the LCD Screen is busted. Question is how to go about repair.



I've looked for replacement LCD screens but the only one I can find is this:

And that doesnt look to fit an 05 and Im hoping for something cheaper than $150+.

Does anybody know of any screens you can buy cheaper or is it worth getting the screen from a wrecked car?
