Updating eeprom data in S/H GID and CDC40 with existing car pass details?

Hi, Im new to the forum.

I recently bought a 57 plate vectra Exclusiv CDTi for my wife after our Astra was written off. I have just replaced the TID and CD30 in the Vectra with a paired GID and CDC40 DAB system off eBay. As the tiltle suggests i would like to know if its possible to update eeprom data in both the S/H GID and CDC40 with my existing car pass details eg VIN and code so they match?

It is possible to recode, although you would just use Tech2 or similar to do it and not by eeprom editing.
