Rear lights wires colours which one is which?

Its for Astra H, 1.9 Sri Xp, 2008 plate. 5 door

I was trying to connect the resistor for reverse light bulb until i open the rear lights unit and saw the wiring pins/wires on both side the colour of the wires were different and now i am confused which wires are which..

Rear driver side pins/wires with colours:

1: Brown
2: Yellow/Black
3: White
4: Blue/Black
5: Green/Black
6: White/With Black stripe

Rear Passenger side pins/wires with colours:

1: White/With Black stripe
2: Black/With White stripe
3: None/No wire
4: Gray
5: Yellow/Black
6: Brown

Could you please tell me which wire is which as i want to connect the resistor to led bulb to make it stop flickering

If you want to place a 2nd rear fog light place an iso terminal where it is empty and shunt the wire with the blue and black

But i want to put a resistor to the reverse light bulb as i have led bulb installed and what to know which one is the reverse light wire and how do i connect the resistor

It would be easy for me and for everyone els who wants to know about the wires, if someone could tell me all the wires colour i have given above are which relates to which?

OR if someone could upload a rear lights wires diagram that would be great..

Brown is ground
Grey is parking light
Yellow/black turning
The one left is stop light
