Well I have dropped it off to my mate for him to weld it up for me. So Friday it will be going back on hopefully...
Well as some have read that I had a blow from the exhaust, so thought it was coming from number 1 port so Friday I changed the gaskets over as well erm....
as you can see they weren't really healthy. So they got replaced with 2 Vauxhall ones.
Well bolted it all back together and thought that should work, low and behold it didn't so next thought was that the manifold flange may be slightly warped.
So with that in mind I set about stripping the van down this morning to remove the whole setup and attack with a grinder but I don't need to do that as much now as I have found my problem...
Yep that will be the problem then. So just need to get it welded and back on then should be ok for a while.

That's bad enough mate as that's the whole front end stripped down to get that bugger out.

lets whod have em hey lol same as evrything aint it m8 takes more time to strip than fix but glad uve found ur problem m8
Im glad I have to as it was starting to annoy me.
it shouldn't take that long to put back together just need to order some nuts and bolts and should be an easy job
Well my mate welded my manifold up aswell as all the hair line cracks...
and also tried something...
As i said by text last night, they look awesome mate glad the manifold is now sorted, hopefully for good this time
