Doesnt make any sense on Peckys Decoder.. Either its a bad .bin file or a file the decoder cant read.. Will need Pecky to check into it..
Hello Mr. Pecky. Can you help me, with the code?
Dump is from UEC module, Astra H.
The UEC was changed before I bought the car and I don't know how it was recoded to the car, but everything works, except I don't have the code.
Already tried a few codes and the protection timer is active now.
Thank you.

By the fact it doesn't contain a VIN, I am suspecting it was divorced and only variant recoded. Could it be like this?
just compared to another astra H bin file and yours is nothing like that. Bin file should go to 0x400 and yours goes to 0x200.
Not played too much with these so leaving to Pecky to figure this one out,
Details about the car: Astra H TwinTop, 2007, UEC production date:
Dear Soulman, I reread the eeprom and it looks normal now.
Please look.

due to restricted space on the board, I had hardtime resoldering the eeprom, had to redo it for more than once.
For those who encounter such errors, check eeprom pins:
