    Time for new brakes

    Hey guys
    Long time no speak. No see.
    Just got tapa talk updated so will hopefully posting more often.

    The twintop has started a break squel under braking.
    Time for a new set of pads we reckon ?

    Yh could be getting low, or could just be at a point where they are resonating under load

    Mite just go standard to be honest. All the higher prices stuff mice reviews on squeel or this and that are crap. I'm sure GM put a lot of time and money R&D for there own pads and disks ?

    At the moment I have standard discs and yellow stuff pads and cant fault them but don't know if really need yellow stuff pads for the driving I do

    There's a lot to be said for standard OEM equipment to be honest u less you're running big power over and above the operating limits.

    Mintex 1144 are a great upgrade pad without the cold issues and squeal
