urgent help please

Fuel filler cap wont open what do i do?? I have no fuel and neex it opening asap

do you mean the flap won't open or the cap won't unscrew?

not sure what to do with either if I'm honest. I'm in London this weekend, so can't look anything up.

moved to here so others can see it.

Thanks for responding m8 i eeally appreciate it. its the actual flap on the car. managed to get it sorted. the bracket inside that holds the lock bolt has sheared so it wouldnt unlock. needs replacing thankx m8
