Go back to opel and tell them
To do sps (software download) on uhp
And then program it with your pin code. Job done

Ok, but wich software must to be loaded ?

When I went to Opel, I looked all that he made (that's a friend), and I don't saw anything in the menu on the tech2 to program the UHP.

Sps is in globaltis software or gmtech website
If your mate doesn't know how to do sps than he must change his occupation.
There won't be a software in tech2 before its loaded onto it.

as above.. must request sps on tech2 then select uhp4, then connect to globaltis to download software to tech2, then can flash sps with tech2 and then pair with pin code.. but your friend should know this already
