Rear fuse box Replacement

Hi, Im looking to replace my REC and not really sure what Letters / numbers I need to consider when looking for a replacement?, On my original there are several numbers and also 2 Large letters, so they are 'HT, serial no 13-222-173 then underneath are the following numbers 14/12/10 with SO 0912 then 13/01/27 with HW 0036 then the barcode numbers are 5DK 008-669-33' can anyone enlighten me on what they mean and what I need for a replacement, many thanks

The 'Ident' of your unit is HT and the part number is 13222173
