Good day. I want to buy you a program "Pecky’s Vauxhall Decoder".
There were some questions:
1. Can the program make dumps virgin?
2. What happens to the license if I reinstall Windows?
3. Is it possible to pay via visa card?

1. No, the programs cant make dumps virgin.. Pecky avoids that as it can cause issues...
2. You would need to ask for another license... I believe you can have 2 per purchase..
3. No idea but would imagine the purchasing client would be via visa/mastercard

As Soulman says, it cannot make dumps virgin in itself, but you have diagnostic tools to do it properly in vehicle.

2. I state 2 on the purchase, but providing it looks a genuine request I do generate more on a case by case basis.

3. Payments are by paypal, so yes a card payment is possible.
