CDC40 Opera - CD Changer Problem

Hello everyone,

I recently got a CDC40 Opera and the seller had no put it to delivery mode so the CD Changer got damaged.

It's saying that all CDs are in but none of them have a CD in.
It's seems that the CD thing have no power, it does nothing at all, nothing moving, spinning etc.

Anyone have an idea how to fix it?

No, it's saying that two CDs are in where none was in.

I'm trying to fix though, it's possible for sure.
I know a guy which he repaired his own which was damaged.

Something going on with the timing or something like that.
All must be at the right spot and the right position to work.
Furthermore when I put it to power the mechanism now do it's thing but don't know if it's doing it right.
