no only corsas ect I'm in UK so not be much help

Is there any way to get it apart from the dealers? It's a replacement ecu and chip, the guy I bought it off didn't know how to take the transponder off and had scrapped the car before I got to him to lift but he gave me a car pass but unfortunately vin numbers don't match and the security code doesn't work

If you don't mind me asking how do you do it, do you use carprog or what? You don't have to tell me but I'm a mechanic I'm only 19 so I've an awful lot more learning to do on electrics and diagnostics but I want to learn lol

car prog can do them I have a Avid and terminal i/o
