cd30 to cd40 swap?

i have just bought a 2012 Antara with a cd30. did not realise until i got it home that it does not have bluetooth or a usb input.

Can i swap the cd30 for a cd40 with bluetooth and usb, and if so how complicated would it be?

Been reading around t'internet and it looks like it is a cd40usb with its display i need but i am still unsure if it would be a simple swap or a bit more complicated with programming involved.
Anyone have any ideas?

As long as the second hand stereo and display are paired, then its just a straight swap
