Follow me home lights

I've read about certain Astra's having Follow me home lights that come on after a double click of the keyfob.
I've tried the 'pushing the light switch' trick to turn them on but nothing happens, I've also tried looking for the option in the REC options but can't find anything to activate it.
Is it just certain later models that have this ?

Follow me home light only work when you have turned the IGN off and pulled the indicator stalk towards you.
This is make your lights come on for 30 to get you to the front door.
The only option for lights to come on when you unlock the car is a HappyLightShow chip, its about £100 for the Astra H
and it plugs on the OBD port.

Cool, I've got the follow me home lights to work now.
That chip sounds interesting....hmmm
