    Hello,

I double checked connection between Hazard switch and clocks (IPC module):

    IPC Hazard switch
    PIN 11 17
    PIN 41 8

Using Vaux-COM I'm seeing that when pressing/pressing and holding SPORT button, car recognizes it.
    However ESP cannot be turned-off.

    Do you have any ideas?

    Regards,

      Hello,
Maybe I found the reason why I cannot deactivate ESP.

IPC module which supports ESP - ident NC / 13216660

Indeed IPC with NC ident supports ESP, however as per table with IPC modules details there is "???" under "Sport" section.

      https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7u...w?usp=drivesdk

And I found a Zafira B with factory installed IPC NC module. On the hazard switch there is "DDS" button and not "Sport", however car is with ESP.

I will try to fit IPC module from a friend of mine. His car has ESP and "Sport" button factory fitted.

      Will keep you posted.

      Cheers,
      Nikolay

      Hello,

Issue is finally solved and mystery why I couldn't deactivate ESP with Sport button is revealed.
It was not related with IPC does not support Sport function.

It was due to not correct programming.

Here is the proper way using Vaux-Com:

Diagnostics --> Year --> Model --> Body --> IPC ECU --> Programming --> Program Variant Configuration --> Code Index/Code version - we are writing down them and exit

Diagnostics --> Year --> Model --> Body --> IPC ECU --> Programming --> Program Code Index --> select code index from previous step and hit "Programme" --> Sport Program Switch --> select "With Sport Chassis" --> Program

      And that's it.

Option for Sport Program Switch should not be selected via going to Program Variant Configuration directly, and via Program code index. When selecting correct code index and click programme software will open again the Variant configuration, and deactivating ESP using Sport button can be enabled only here.

Hope this info will help other people as well.

I would like to confirm now that ESP is enabled and working in my car in its full operational status, including option to deactivate it.
