How do I do that ?
For info;
You are correct that the ignition logic just controls how the radio behaves, however the setting is set and retained within the screen and so is still a valid setting even when the Vx radio is removed. The radio I have is an Eonon and they come with a CANBUS decoder. Some how when the ignition logic setting stops the CANBUS decoder from working correctly (at all in fact). This is connected to the CANBUS and power line in the radio harness, not sure if the problem was with the CANBUS line or the power rail but might be worth trying to keep the setting available on screens following an upgrade (if it's possible) to give flexibility to users with the scenario I had. Might be worth looking at.
If you got tech2/opcom than yes you can

I have access to a mates OpCom, what am I looking for?
With the opcom, just go to Infotainment -> Programming -> Code Index -> find 009 in the list on the left, the right hand side will confirm Astra H Linear Voltage and hit programme.
Job done.
