CD30 and MFD Display issues

Cd30 is ok, screen not like i said before

I have my old black cd30 that works and a champagne colour cd30 but there no good as the display units won't be married to cd 30
My old display unit went out when fuse blew when I put plug back in the lights had gone out but if you shine a torch at screen you can see the writing
Will I just have to buy another cd30 and display unit for a corsa c off eBay ?

Hi mate could you look on eBay for me and find me a paired black cd30 and display unit that will work with no problems on my Vauxhall Combo van 1.3 cdti - 2008 , on opcom its comes up as a corsa c.
If you could do this for me it would be much appreciated

All the display units I have had for my van have always had 3 bulbs and this only has 2 also not keen on the sellers feedback
My van is a Vauxhall combo 1.3 cdti - year 2008 -'registration YH08WJA
