Tomorrow we will shut down IDS+ system on my car and activate Check Control as I already fitted new coolant tank, sensor for it and sensor for washer fluid

So,
I wasnt here for a long long time, I apolgize for that.
I have a problem.
Today my godfather replaced my front IDS+ shocks with two brand new ones.
The car is totally different, much plesant to drive and there is no noise from front suspension.
This is what we replaced:
1. Front shock absorbers
2. Top strut mounting
3. Axial bearings
4. Shock absorber bushes
5. Rubber for spring (where it touches shock).
After that, yellow IDS+ light come on dash.
I connected Opcom to read the error, and this is what I get:
C0580-04 Front right damper valve circuit open
It's permanent error, it comes back after deleting.
So, as I get the shocks from ebay.de from private sellers, I suppose that one of them was mounted on some car, they saw the error and sold them as a "brand new".
What to do now?
Any suggestions?
I am thinking about disabling the IDS+ system in the three ECU-s as I can remember.
My general problem with noise in front suspension is solved.
IDS whi cares, I used it only for few times and it's really nothing special for my car with 105HP.

So, yesterday evening we turned off IDS system in the following ECU-s:
Chasis
Engine
CIM
DIS
IDS light isnt on and the car is much confortable to drive.
It's suspension became much softer and no more jumps on every single litlle bump on the road.
