Cold starting and traction control light

    Morning all

Got a couple of problems, my Astra h 1.9cdti doesn't like starting on a cold morning. It takes a long time to fire up and when is real cold it acts like it's a dead battery then fires up. I've checked the voltage on the battery and it's 12.5 volts and the glow plugs are new. Any clues ?

Also my traction control light is on, sometimes it not no but when I use full lock it comes on. I've had the tracking checked and that's fine. It does say on diagnostic the the steering angle sensors fault, tried to reset it but it comes back up again. Is this down to the cim ?

    Thanks

      14.4v only when engine running
12.5v is ok if engine isnt running

Traction control can be from faulty cim.
New glowplugs doesnt mean they are working check if you got any voltage coming to them.
      If they are ok
Check fuel return pipes for damage splits etc if they are ok
I would go down to injectors they can be pain in ass when they starts pouring diesel rather than spraying
Does engine is making loud tapping noise? (Would say same as ford transits)

most likely cause on cdti's are the battery and the starters.. If shes not cranking fast enough even with good injectors / glowplugs it will be very sluggish in starting

Also wont be fuel spill lines on these, any air in the system gets purged back to the tank and you will hear it blowing bubbles...

Check voltage of battery again this morning. It was 12.1 volts before I started it and then 14 when it was running. All the glow plugs are getting good voltage. There no splits in the fuel lines

I got 4 fault codes when I did the pedal test
P1180 Fuel Filter Heater High Voltage C-035
P1180 Fuel Filter Heater Low Voltage B-019
P1180 Fuel Filter Heater Circuit Open C-035
P1180 Fuel Filter Heater Powerstage High
      P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Range/Performance B-048
P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Open C-009
P1122 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 2 High Input C-008
P1122 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 2 Low Input C-008
      P1122 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 2 Range/Performance C-008
P1122 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 1 and 2 Signal Incorrect Ratio C-008
P1120 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 1 High Input C-008
P1120 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 1 Low Input C-008
      P1120 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 1 Range/Performance C-008
P1120 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 1 and 2 Signal Incorrect Ratio C-008

Can any one help me with these ?
