Corsa c or combo have funny moments it's the same with my combo.
You don't need to reset the ipc to install the sterero.
If the stereo and display are paired then it will automatically work with out programming
The chap i bought my opcom running on firmware 1.39 told me you reset ipc and then program ipc to pair radio and new display unit/used
I now know this is rubbish.
But now when I click reset ipc and put in security code and the same for program ipc with security code both times it says programming failed , everything is working on vehicle still
How do I do this properly so I get successfully programmed just to put my mind at rest
Vehicle is corsa c year 2008
Thanks in advance

The cd30 is the original , I bought a used exact same mfd off eBay guy said it would plug and play so at the moment I
have a mfd screen with display safe on tried everything and have given up now
Thanks
I totally understand you don't reset and program ipc for radio now, but when some idiot on another forum told me the other day to reset ipc and put security code in it's said programming failed and same when I clicked on program ipc code in programming failed
I take it if there was something wrong nothing would work
Thanks

The MFD needs to be divorced/reset and the programmed to the new stereo.
Or just fit an aftermarket stereo and change the MFD no problems then.
