hi i have vec c est 1,9cdti 150 2008.i want to delete egr and dpf i have done the egr plate and the dpf insides...i have a tech 2 and tisweb,not a copy.i want to learn how to do this to my car only,also learn how to write a programme to improve engine

Hello Chris, with tech2 you can only download vauxhall software, which for your engine, still has the EGR and DPF active. For custom software, you need other tools.

You need to have them mapped out of the ECU

Egr has one switch byte, dpf bit different google, youtube etc will give you some idea, open maps in winols take a look at them, get something to compare with
Its not one days thing and its more than just changing something in maps

Once you will get confident with maps and how they work together than it become much easier
