UEC advise please, got an issue with the horn that I dont believe is CIM related

Wiring shows its on constant voltage
There is 2 types
So for 1st check relay k4 and fuse 20 10amp and fuse 16 5amp by tis its without rec

Believe you got rec it should be than only fuse 8 15amp

domtorredo - I owe you a beer, fuse 8 had popped I only had a 10 amp spare so popped that in and have a horn again thank you for your assistance id gone right off down the rabbit warren!

Hella are the company that make the relay I thought was faulty!

It doesnt really matter as long as relay fits and has same pinout and working voltage,
I would get just relay from scrap yard any size and solder it in wires and than to pcb or look for ones which are fitted in engine bay somwhere in corner with sealed socket cut wires of leaving enaught to work with and solder them to pcb

Yea i know hella one of biggest suppliet to automative industry from components to headlights etc
Great you got it working and was simply fuse
10amp should do as you dont use it for long time
