yes that is correct chip, now you need to get eprom reader and remove chip and read the file, or use clip and read the file. once we have the bin file then we can decode it.
if you dont know what eprom reader is have a google for it and understand.

.if i resolder the eeprom chip and solder from my old rec chip with my codes may i solved my problem?

You need to read eprom with eprom reader to get the .bin file from it... like using upa-usb or similar
