hello i bought a used rec for my car from my car.could i find the security code to program my Vin number with the Vin of the other car??

pin to vin only from dealer...
will need eprom file to get pin

yes, then you will be eprom reader to read the contents of it,

you need to read the 25040 with eprom reader.
there is no vin to pin except from dealer
