Peddle test error worry - 11606, 15700, 161450, 161600

Today I noticed that the spanner and car lamp was illuminated so I did the peddle test, (I had done this test previously and no errors were present) this time I was presented with 4 error codes: 11606, 15700, 161450 and 161600.

I've done a little digging on this forum and others and they all seem to point towards the CIM, so far I have no other symptoms besides the car not always starting first time. This worries me since I hear this will be an expensive repair.

I need some advice on my next course of action, should I take it to Vauxhall? ( ££££) or to an independent VX garage with tech 2 to investigate or should I disconnect the battery for an hour, clear the codes and see if they recur (if i do this I've had the BC enabled on tech2 will this remain or will I lose it?).

Sorry it's a 54 plate Astra

Last 2 are due to the CIM and will cause the car not to start and engine light will flash, re-trying once or twice it will start. If that is what is happening it needs a cim update first, and if that doesn't cure it then a new cim.

Not sure what the first 2 codes are.

Is CIM update a VX dealer only thing?

not necessarily, it needs tech2 and globaltis or gme infotech so you may find others can do it
