Vectra C IPC

Hi all, i have took the reading from an 93c66 eeprom on a 204 vectra ipc.

Now im stuck, all i can seem to read is the FF FF FF

I cant find the security code, or to reset the clocks!
I think i have worked out how to change the mileage


Any suggestions guys?

Are you reading in-circuit or taking off the board?

Strange, have the odd issue in circuit with 93 series eeproms, but not usually off the board.

I'm sure you will have already checked for the obvious, correct way round, good connection, clean eeprom legs?

I can confirm that is a crap read, none of a correct read is FF's
