Has failed! Grrr, only had it replaced back in March by Vaux dealer.
Taking it back to be looked at, got the same symptoms as last time... they shouldn't charge me should they? Not going to let them but surely they have some sort of warranty on it.

shouldnt think so as the new part should still be under warranty.
I'd be wanting to know why it's failed again and in such a short space of time too
Tell me about it.
They tried to say they replaced the cim in march but problem still persisted. Got home and it was working and packed up yesterday after 8 months
Booked in for Friday... with a courtesy car as will still need to get around. Hope its not an automatic 1.2 litre Vauxhall agila petrol. Never have I wanted to shoot myself whilst driving as much as I did in this car.
UPDATE: Vauxhall have confirmed the CIM has failed again and will be replacing free of charge on Friday. Cant moan at that!
The guys at Lookers Star City are a good bunch and looked after the issue well!
good on em. great news fella
Update... still having issues, horn seems to only operate properly when turning and steering controls inoperable. Again.
To Vauxhall again (for the 4th time)
Check your steering wheel wiring loom first
