    New rims and coilovers?

Okay so sometime in the near future I would like to change my alloys ( maybe to Rota grid's ) and lower on coilovers. I don't know much about mechanics as in terms of changing springs etc so would need a garage to do this for me. Just starting this thread as I would like you opinions on how I should go about all this, prices, good points and bad points etc.

Here's a photo of my Corsa D SXI. It's all standard apart from Stage 1 Induction.
