Ok guys just got my mk4 coupe and for some reason the alarm fob does not work you get the little red light on the key flash and that's it anyone have any ideas ? Cheers

Key into ignition, turn to position 2 and press the lock button, doors locks should drop and come back up.
The keys probably unsynced itself so that's the re sync procedure
