Ok. So firstly does the other side work at all? Have you plugged the main power plug into the fog unit underneath? If both fogs aren't working then most likely a fuse gone.

First thing to do is get them working on standard bulbs to make sure that there is actually power and the units are working. Once they are working on standard bulbs then we can move on to LEDs
Is it possible the leds being in as they were and the lights being turned on has blown the fuse?
the driverside worked previous with old bulb but now it doesnt with original bulb or led?
