Heated seat retrofit?

[MENTION=3]Gairo[/MENTION] if I don;t have the wiring at the back of the switches on the dash, will the switches still light up and look as though they are working? Just fitted my heated seat switches/sport button and the lights come on when they are pressed... Just need to get the relay and fuses now too, will it need Tech2?

[MENTION=676]LeeMutz[/MENTION], it all depends on if you have PEPS or not, generally, the PEPS dashboard loom is a complete one which I believe has the heated seat wiring already fitted, anything else will generally need the extra wires, chances are you have the standard (non PEPS) loom. The wiring to light up the switches is probably already there in which case they'll light up but they won't do much else. You will need Tech 2 to finish it off.

Will get me the loom ordered then and get it tech2'd in, fitted the relay and fuses ready now I was just a little shocked at the switches lighting up and the LED's coming on when I pressed the buttons lol
