Gsi bumper

Alright lads just a quick question....

On the astra mk4 gsi bumper i'm thinking about tinting my fog lights, but I don't know wether you have to take the whole bumper off to get the fogs out or the surrounds around the fogs just pop off... Could anyone give me an idea if they've done this before? Would be much easier if the surrounds popped out but im unsure

The surrounds should just come out from the front.

Pull the plastic down from the top and theres two plastic lugs at the top just pull it slightly out and you will see them.. Then theres two at the bottom but theyre just locater lugs so just pulls out
