No, its an optional extra same as all Astra models

You have to stand at the front of the car and stare at the headlamps for a few minutes
Then run to the left and see if they follow you

No but seriously when you start the car up against a wall or so the lights will do a warm up start up dance where they level etc and move around
Also you can drive in the night around corners and you should see some movement

You don't have AFLs, you can't retrofit them sorry.
