Timing issues

right so when my water pump seized, we did the water pump and timing with all pulleys etc
but ever since i've had the code for advanced timing,
so is there anyone on here who could redo my timing....and how much should i be looking to pay

It only needs someone to take a strobe light to it and then retard the timing, I'd be amazed if you couldn't get that done at a garage for £35 or less

ahh that sounds easy lol
just don't really trust many garages
any garage you could recommend G?
