the battery can be swapped at the dealers, but they would probably easily rip you off lol. just buy a battery from a watch shop or somewhere and it tells you in the manual how to re program it. its just a large flat watch type battery. cr32 springs to mind but i could be wrong.
Its probably a CR2032
possibly i think its around 1/2" ish diameter. i could be wrong though and it could be totally different, i remember a friend at work was having similar trouble recently with keyless on his vxr, he said the following day that he changed the battery in the key fob, followed the manual to re set it and it works fine now.
