There is an eeprom chip on the circuit board somewhere that will need reading. On a CD70 it is located above the bottom navi disc slot.

You should be able to add an attachment in a zip file, that will be the best way. You will need to click Go Advanced on the quick reply box to access the additional options where the attachments section is.
