dump valve question

Would this go where the blacking place would go as an alternative to a dump valve ??

Looks good, but the pipe looks too long to me also the tee for the valve looks at the wrong angle. It looks as if the battery would be in the way of the valve. Take a look on you car with the eBay picture as see what you think before you buy. Pm me your number and I will send a photo of mine to you to compare.
