changed the pistons rings.
lapped valves in with new stem seals
new rocker cover cleaned up
new gaskets alround
new shells


now just waiting on my 16v conrods with my arp blots then should be time to put back together

16v rods turned up last week so had a weekend rebuliding the engine back togther. the best thing was started first turn of the key had to make some slight adjustments with the ignition timing but thats. now in the prosess of putting some miles on it before pvs. pictures will be up very soon

Cleaned the top of the piston came up very nicely I must say

All the pistons in nice and clean got rid of all the carbon off

i was the same rebuilding my astra.

wouldnt attack anything new tho.

Yeah it is mate just took my time with it really was a bit scary turning the key for the first time was worried if missed anything. But glad I done it tho don't really like anyone working on my car try to do everything my self
