The kits that ive used and other members on here are fine. If thats the case just get 4300k fogs but I think the colour may slightly be out as the AFL's have a projector lens which alters the colour slightly. Thats what ive noticed anyway as my 8000K headlights look more blue than my 8000k fogs. As for glare it should be fine if your not using them all the time. I use my fogs all the time when my headlights are on and ive had no issues with glare.

Cool cheers buddy. May look at 6k then maybe?? Just info gathering atm with this 1 as my cash is stretched atm with x mas coming up and buying loads of other things too

6k is a good compromise, I have 8k in my headlights and may put 8k in my fogs

Yeah 6k should be decent. If needed you could change it after anyway as the bulbs cost roughly £10 off ebay. I had 4300K in my AFL's but changed them to 8000K before I had them fitted as I prefer the colour over the light output
