oooo Why th change, just the mileage? 2 main things are the EGR valve and swirl flaps on the inlet manifold. Before you buy, physically check them or check the service book to see if they've been replaced. If they look and actuate okay, you should be fine.

Another is the gearbox in the 1.9 Astras, they use the M32 which is renowned for eating itself and the thrust release bearing failing.

Good choice, try for an 08 plate or later and you'll avoid the (swirl flaps) inlet manifold problem.

EGR valve is a common problem.

M32 Gearbox can be a problem, if it whines in 1st, 2nd or 6th (or all 3) then walk away... Quickly.

clutch and dmf can be noisy on high mileage cars.

Remap , I'm sure he can get it tuned to a 150 or more as a 1.7 can take a good blast
