Glad it's sorted Matt
As some of you know I have had shaking steering for a while. Well today it has come to an end and I'm gutted.
I have spent
New lower arms £45
New drop links £25
New alloys and tyres £600
Dealer visit £65
Tracking done 3 times £25 each, £75
Wheel balancing 3 times £20, £60
And today I fitted new track rod ends and my steering no longer shakes.
£18.72 for 2 new track rod ends, fitted in 1 hour and now concluded.
Spent a total of nearly £900 for me to find out its the tie rod ends. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Had to laugh to myself, rant and share over.

Glad you got it sorted but you don't want to know how much money I spent on the boat chasing an electrical problem, only to eventually find it was a bad earth an two dodgy crimps.
The replacement inverter was the biggest purchase, thinking it was fauly, I bought a like-for-like new one at £1500!
your doing well matey id be raging lol...
did you buy nicer alloys if you get what i mean or just different ones to see if it fixed the problem? cant you sell them on or havent you got the originals?
Brand new 18" bk999 replica's with crappy tyres. Still on the car now. But my Pentas are going back on now after a respray.
Then I'll sell the bk reps.
