Another member to visit HQ !!!

Had Luckett turn up today to clean his EGR valve and boost sensor, 56 plate Twintop with 65K on the clock and I think he had about 65k 's worth of crap on the EGR

Got it clean and refitted, just waiting for him to report back on MPG increase etc now

Gotta say though, the Wynn's carb cleaner in the old style cans doesn't last long.

might whip my egr off one day soon lol, bit harder to clean the 1.7 one but hey, just ticked over 75,000 miles so might be worth a go even though my mpg is still pretty damn high

I was hoping to get some feedback off Luckett after cleaning his but his alternator has gone and done one

However, I shall be doing a little job on mine today that we should do on all of the cars soon, It's something I did to Rich's TT today and that was to remove and clean the boost sensor
