ok just fitted headed front seats in to my 2003 vectra ls switches and seats are in turn the turn the switchers on all light up but dont get hot had a look i have fuses in 16 and 17 in rec can any one tell me is there a the relay and if so were will it be and do i knead to program them in thank you
