BC MPG function 65 plate antara Exclusive

Hi,

I have just purchased a 65 plate antara but only have tyre presure as a BC function.
Could I have a price for activating the functions for the BC button please.

How can I book this? I went onto the tech2 website but it says bookings are no longer being taken.
