retro fit park pilot

hi is the park pilot security coded to the vehicle?? or can it be removed from one and installed in another without any issues and how do they actually work? also what parts would i actually need to retro fit to my zaf B life it does have the rear REC

As remember they are coded when did mine i think i had to enter code but could be wrong was ages ago
You need pdc module, sensors itself, wiring for sensors, pdc wiring, switch module with pdc button and compatible speedo
If you will search a bit i had posted list of some compatible speedos.

Do you already have everything or looking to buy?
Possibly will decide to sell out what i got left

im looking to buy. im not sure what speedo i have i have added front fogs and cruise control and they both work and illuminate on the dash. i have also just upgraded to a cd70 navi and cid and fully programmed to my car its a zaf B 1.6 life with rear rec

what do you have ??

I got pdc module and wiring from pdc to rec (oem wiring), have 6 button switch module

ok thanks my switch module is only space for 2 so i have the door lock and 1 space. so do you think my speedo will be compatible as it has cruise and front fogs. is there anyway to test the speedo without having to remove it as if its not compatible i dont really fancy changing it all over as its sounds a nightmare to do. so what are you missing for a full retro-fit and what would you be looking for it

Speedo can be checked by diagnostic tool what ident it is.
For full setup im missing sensors, wiring to sensors, and little buzzer

It will tell when you connect to speedo there will be all info

There i have listed which idents i have found working wirh pdc its not complete list so there must be more of them will try to check when will have some spare time
