Astra H fuel range wayy off

Hi, this has been annoying me for 2 years now, hopefully someone can give me advice on how to fix the issue

couple of years ago i changed my CD30 to the CD40 nine button with aux, the CD40 came with a screen and as far as i know was never divorced from its parent car

It works perfect and all 3 line readouts are fine except one thing, the damn fuel range, it shows refuel when i have half a tank of diesel which just bugs me to death, for half a tank each time i look at the display `REFUEL`

advice would very much be appreciated

Just needs programming, although a matched pair works for security codes, they often still need programming to match the new car.

Thanks Pecky, I guess that's a tech2 job ? My local independent garage has a diag machine, would that b able to do the trick ? Or is it a specific t2 machine only
