here we go again, with some help from Dom updated tech 2( big thanks), reset my cd40 and paired to display with same code as uhp , radio and display fine but still comes up with solid uhp safe on display, surely if they are all the same code and canbus setting and variant config setting they should marry up ......I despair

Setting code in the uhp is not sufficient. You need to Program Ecu in the uhp4, then it will work. Where did you find 177?

Went through the whole process then it failed at the end, the uhp was already coded and maybe that's the issue it wont pair

Ahh opcom maybe it made something wrong maybe not who knows
Is tech2 oem or china?
Yea send them to pecky and than will see what he says
But atleast you updated tech2 for your mate
If any help needed just ask will try to help how i can

As above, if you get really stuck then send the display(without surround), radio and uhp to either Pecky or one of us lot and we will sort it out for you..

Of course it fails at the end, if it was coded already .....

If you have tech2 genuine, why not SPS the UHP, that will clear the code and all settings, Program ECU again, job done.

Will not agree with you i did reset mine uhp 3 times and coded back without any fail and sps, he knows a code if he would not know than sps solution but one more thing he doesnt have tis nor gtis on his computer thats a mates tech2
