Ah and dont forget when doing diagnostics etc you must select car 2005+ otherwise error in no comunications

If i select 2005 will it work on my 2003?

Yes as if you select 2003 it will try to conect using kwp protocol and on diferent obd pins, but you need to select 2005 for corect comunications via can bus
For all other diagnostics except radio and gid, use 2003
