look in the Display, then programming, then variant config. Look for Board Computer.. If you cant see it then you may need to knock the code index up by one.. But if its going from an astra to a vectra the code index will probably be wrong anyway...
think most vectra ones are 11 01
Astra and vectra GIDs are not interchangeable and you will not get the BC information showing.
Sell the astra GID and get a vectra one. (Astra ones are worth more)

Astra ones are in a different frame too so definitely not a straight swap.
There is no code index which gets a vectra screen to work in an astra, and there certainly aren't any vectra code indexes on an astra screen.
