Retro fit Check Control not working - Help!

Don't seem to having much luck retro fitting at the moment!

Enabled check control on the UEC and CID (No sensors fitted), bulb failure working as it should and low washer fluid being displayed as you would expect but no low engine coolant showing. I've found the plug and doesn't appear to be shorting so why would it not display a warning?

Is there a fuse for the circuit?

Have you swapped the coolant bottle for the one with the float in it?

Not at the time but today I fitted new genuine tank and sensor but still no warning (empty tank). So frustrating!

Try a magnet on the sensor and see if it goes to ground

Will do, to confirm, to get the warning does the circuit need to be open or to ground?

Just been to check our other zafira (with check control) when the sensor is disconnected the warning appears. Doesn't make why the low washer is working but not the coolant

Stick in paper clip in coolant plug and see if it comes on as if you got wiring for coolant but not connected anywhere how its gonna connect circuit to ground?

You get the warning when it's open circuit so it won't matter if there's no sensor connected. Just means you get the warning all the time but I don't. (Low washer fluid is working though).

Than check if you got wiring uec to screen

Thanks, what wires and pins am I looking for? Does it not use the same wiring for the low screen wash?
